Luxembourgian broadcast reports about ENERCOM

Marc Demoulling - managing director of Soil Concept showed the potentials of the new technologies which are under current development within the ENERCOM project.

The demonstration plant will show the idea of a circular economy where waste products like sewage sludge and greenery waste are converted into new energy sources. Within a complex waste treatment process sewage sludge and Biomasse are dried by low-temperature environmental heat and then whether combusted for the production of heat and electricity or pelletized and stored as a solid recovered substitute fuel. As the RTL TV station reports the demonstration plant will be able to operate from its own energy production and thereby provide heat to 80 households and electricity to 340 households.
